It gives me great pleasure to welcome the center for natural resources and to give it a great deal to say that in order to accept our invitation to organize this conference on "Agricultural Waste Management" How grateful they are It is a suitable time for the ministry to renew the contact with the representatives and discuss the issues of mutual interest. It is worth noting that the conference's agenda involves a wide range of interesting subjects related to different types of treatments to change waste water which are directly related to aspects of water and reproduction management.
On behalf of my organization, I am so grateful to those research scholars who have joined it in the conference and they will present their research papers on various subjects of waste water management, which is the need of the hour. These paper will eventually tell us all about the need to change the waste water present here and use them in a wise manner, which will save it for our future generations.
I am Dr. I am grateful to Swaraj that he shared his views on "Domestic sewage: A major roadblock for water management". His research paper has clearly highlighted some important facts, which mainly include sewage, which is mainly produced from our homes, is called domestic sewage. There are various types of suspended impurities in it. We clean our homes with soaps and detergents, which contain more quantities of chemicals, which often pollute the water that is spreading water pollution. Human emissions which dissolves with this chemical water, found in streams and ocean water, serve bacteria present in them as food. The main result of this process is that algae and bacteria grow under water which makes it difficult to keep other aquatic life alive.
This aspect of domestic sewage makes it worse to change water for prudent use. Water sewage treatment is mainly divided into 3 phases, which include primary, secondary and tertiary treatment. Primary treatment physically separates solid and liquid substances. Waste water passes through a grating which extends out large particles. The remaining water is left to stand in a tank, where the small sediments like sand, soil and other materials are settled downwards. At this point, there are still many pollutants in the liquid part of wastewater and it is not safe for human or environmental contact.
In the second stage, which is called secondary treatment, the liquid part of the waste water passes through a trickling filter or aeration tank. After secondary treatment, the water is usually free from pathogens and heavy metals. There is still high concentration of nitrate and phosphate, minerals which can stimulate the development of algae and plants in natural water, which can eventually cause them and the surrounding organisms to die. Tertiary treatment removes these nutrients from wastewater.

Secondly, I want to thank my audience for being present here today. Before we begin our today's session, please allow me to give a brief speech so that today's major issues can be discussed.
One of the major topics of today, women and gentlemen, has gender inequality in the working area. I am sure our experts have done a little bit of their studies around the subject and our audience. This is a subject which can be related to every one of us, especially the working class. Despite our untiring efforts in ensuring equal rights and opportunities for all, it is very unfortunate that we have not fully upheld this social evil called gender inequality from our society.
This gender inequality appears in various forms in our society which is clearly reflected in our work areas too. How often do we hear and experience many cases of harassment and improper distribution of work? It is very difficult for women to feel safe and work to their optimum ability to be able to give results. Due to which they are deprived of many opportunities that come in their way and therefore are unable to develop professional competence. Apart from this, they have to make a balance in their personal as well as professional life, and therefore they are not able to work in corporate areas as often as long as their male counterparts. Inappropriate distribution of work and responsibilities, and therefore less allowances and incentives actually marry the feelings of women employees and prevent them from working up to their maximum potential.
This inequality actually disrupts our work areas and ultimately the development of our economy. It is very important to treat both sexes equally and to help them achieve their full potential. Therefore it is an extremely important topic to attract attention and take concrete steps so that the overall development of our work areas can be achieved. A nation that gives equal opportunities to its people and helps in the economic and mental capacity of its people, becomes a prosperous nation. Gender inequality is a serious concern and we should not ignore it at all.
