As everyone knows that it is due to the sacrifice of our great freedom fighters that India has regained its independence. But do any of us realize that besides being an incredible freedom fighter, he was also a great leader who had the power to lead the world through the power of his words.
Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Shahid Bhagat Singh and many others led the soul through their influential words and speeches. There was a great need for the quality of this leadership without which he did not receive support at large and regained India's independence. So what qualities are needed to become a great leader? Does the leadership really compel? These are questions that you have to fight for wrestling to answer.
So let me tell you that leaders are those who are great orchestrators who have the ability to share their vision with the people around them.
