Many literate and backward people do not understand the importance of voting. They are ignorant about their rights. There are many reasons why such people do not vote. Often they are not aware of politics and are not familiar with the names of the candidates. Therefore, they do not care to vote. Some people believe that they do not have any personal benefits and therefore do not care for the candidates coming to power and the party. Some people are just lazy and many lame excuses.
