I have read many books. However, no one has captured my interest as a palace of delusion. The book is written by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni. Born in 1956, Chitra is a well-known Indian American writer and poet. An alumnus of the University of Calcutta and Wright State University, Chitra, Ph.D. In English from the University of California.
His book, The Palace of Illusions tells the story of Panchali from Mahabharata's epic story. Chitra has given a feminist interpretation of this story saga through her narrative panchali. The novel focuses on the life of the Panchali. In this, those aspects of their lives have been included which were remembered in the second of the Mahabharata adaptations. It gives a detailed description of the life of Panchali, which was from the time of his birth. His birth was not less than a miracle. He was magically born in the fire.
Panchali was the daughter of a wealthy king. He went to marry five Pandavas. The difficulties faced after their marriage have been written in length in the novel. The challenges of living in exile, their relationship with their husband and mother-in-law and their equation with Lord Krishna were included in all the novels.
Panchali is a charismatic and courageous character. I just loved reading about it. Chitra has portrayed the character and has portrayed events very well.

I love reading romance novels and one of the things I have read so far, there are 2 states by Chetan Bhagat. I just love the central characters of this novel and the way love develops between them. The novel is partly called autobiographical. His love story from Bhagat inspired him to write this book. The book was so loved by the public that it was changed in a film too.
Interesting story of 2 states
The story is about a young Punjabi boy, Krish and a beautiful South Indian girl, Ananya. Both IIMs are studying in Ahmedabad. They become good friends and spend a lot of time together. They soon fall in love with each other. They want to get married but are unable to overcome the difficulties ahead. The problem begins when they connect their parents to each other.
Due to being from different cultural background, it is difficult for both families to get together. Work hard to calm the state of agriculture and Ananya and establish a relationship between them. However, things go out of hand and they decide partial ways. They start paying attention to their respective careers but it's hard to find. It is difficult for them to forget each other. Finally, things take a turn for good and they reunite.
I just love the deep bond between Krish and Ananya. Chetan Bhagat has brought these characters alive. They are just looking for each other. Other characters of the story are also very strong and opinion-oriented. It is interesting to read about each of them.
Conclusion
I just love this book. I have read it three times and can read it again and again. The characters of this story seem so realistic that I actually start living with them every time I read this book. I have also seen a movie based on this book and have enjoyed it completely.
3 - Essays on My Favourite Book - 400 Words
My always favorite book is a suitable boy of Vikram Seth. The story is really long, but is not boring at any point. This single section is one of the longest Indian novels published in the English language. There are about 1349 pages in it. I like the theme along with the topic of this story. It took me almost two months to read this novel.
Interesting story
The story has been set in India which has recently gained independence from British rule. It contains the story of four families. The story of the fictitious city of Brahmpur is centered on the character of Mrs. Rupa Mehra, who is eagerly looking for a match for her younger daughter, Lata. As I started reading the book, it reminded me of pride and prejudice.
The character of Mrs. Rupa Mehra was like Elizabeth's mother in the novel. The central theme seemed to be the same. However, in any way, I like the appropriate boy more because it is set in India and is more trustworthy. However, Seth shared that this work has been written largely by the Chinese novel, The Story of the Stone, written by Cao Zuigin.
I especially loved the character of Lata. She is a young girl who is brave and likes to take her own decisions. She is not in accordance with the rules laid down by her mother and her brother's opinion. In the time of the story, he faces difficulties and the way he tries to overcome them is interesting. His character inspires me to feel the same which seems right to me.
Caste and class tension and anti-power politics make the background of the novel much more interesting.

However, the condition of the war towards the demise of Mina and the end has made me sad again.

The God of Small Things is one of the best books written by an Indian author. This was Arundhati Roy's first novel. It won him the Booker Prize for Fiction in 1997. This is one of my favorite books. I love the plot, characters and topics of this.
About the author - Arundhati Roy
Arundhati Roy was born in Shillong, Meghalaya. His father, Rajib Roy, was a tea plantation manager and his mother Mary Roy was a women rights activist. When he was two years old, his parents divorced. She used to live with her mother. They settled in Kerala, which was their mother's hometown. He studied architect. He rose to fame with the release of his debut novel, The God of Small Things, which became a best seller. It gave him many accolades.
Roy is also a political activist. He is working for environmental and human rights issues.
God of small things
The God of Small Things tells the story of a family living in Kerala in the 1960's. It includes many issues including evil caste system and communism. This is the story of Elyspen and Rachel. It shares the joys and sorrows experienced during their childhood years, and during their early life, the turn of events has developed into them as individuals.
The story shows the events which occur in the lives of twins when it is 7 years old, the story was 31 years old. The relationship between the characters is quite complex. This is something that is coming from generation to generation. Rachel and Estella's grandfather Pappa could not professionally perform well and take out all his anger and frustration on his wife. He bangs her throughout life. Their children Ammu and Chako's life have also worsened.
Chaco's wife, Margaret, betrayed her. He falls for another man and leaves Chakra for him. However, soon her boyfriend died. Chaco and Margaret have a daughter named Sophie, who also dies a tragic death. Ammu married a person named Baba, who is a disenfranchised and humiliated person. Their marriage also ends soon. There are two twins, Rachel and Estha
The main part of the story begins when Sophie, Rachel and Esta meet. The twins were seven years old at that time. The plot becomes interesting with many turns and turns. The low caste of Ammu, the tragic death of Velutha, Sophie, the abhorrence of the Chaku for Ammu and the synergy between the subsequent readers remains. It is sad to read that there are ways between Esta and Rachel. The twins who were so close to each other, they are raised at different places and never get to see others. In the end, they meet and realize how much they loved each other and they needed them.
Communist tension, inner tension, social issues, and complex relationships are all written with accuracy and in this way interest is kept alive till the end.
I love portraying characters. They are all different from each other and have an interesting story of their own. I especially love Twin Children My heart goes out for them. Due to his abusive father and frustrated mother, he had a painful childhood. Despite their lifespan, they did not become great. The only solution they found was in each other's company that they felt as if they had met again after years.
Conclusion
The novel touched my heart. It surprised me that the rules made by society almost ruin the lives of people. I have experienced many emotions like anger, hatred, joy and love as I go through this book.

In a book we have a great power to make good or bad. A good book can be very useful for us, whereas a bad book can do a lot of harm for us. Reading books is very easy but it is difficult to select a book for the purpose of reading. A book gives us the company. A book enhances our knowledge. It makes us better mentally and spiritually. Therefore a great care is needed in selecting a good book. The book's case affects the middle when reading a book.
I have read many books. If we do not get anything after reading the cheap type of book, then it means that we have wasted our time in reading useless books. It is only time consuming without any profit. I have read the Ramayana written by Tulsidas. I like it most, I like it and I like it in the future too. It affected me the most. This is my favorite book. I like it the most. The book has many attractions of itself. It is more interesting than a novel. It is more philosophical than any book on philosophy. This is a complete ethical code. Therefore, it has affected me most. Here is the life story of Ram, which is considered to be the incarnation of God. That is why it is a religious book, which helps us to make good scriptures.
The book is full of ideals. It presents every situation of life. From the examples given in this book, we learn how we would like to be with our parents, brothers, sisters, friends, enemies, teachers, scholars, strangers, husbands, wives, sons and even lower caste people. Should behave. It teaches us brave and sons and even lower caste people. It teaches us to be brave and cheerful in all the circumstances. Thus, we can call it the best book for character creation in the world.
Ram was the son of King Dasharath of Ayodhya. He was an amazing person. To follow his father's orders, he went into exile for 14 years. His wife Sita, and Bhai Lakshman went with him Ravana stole King Sita of Lanka. Lord Rama invaded Lanka and beat Ravana. He got his wife back. Ram protected the rishis and killed the demons. As an ideal wife, Sita was a follower of Ram in all her pleasures and sorrows. Ram's father Dashrath died without suffering Ram, but he kept his point. Ram obeyed his father's wishes and brother, Lakshman went with him to serve with heart and soul. Bharat also did not accept the Taj, but ruled in the form of a reservoir of Ram in Ayodhya.
Ram loved people and people respected him. He considered the lower caste's boat to be his brother. In the forest of Chittra, he considered the Bhils as his own man. He became a true protector of all the saints in trouble. His friendship with Sugriva is an example for us. Hanuman proved his true follower. The site led the life of purity and devotion in Lanka.
Thus we see that victory is of good people. The wicked people are finally suffering. When we are in trouble, the Ramayana gives us consolation.
7 - Essay on My Favourite Book
Books are the best food for our brains. They give us a strange happiness and we forget all the care and concerns of life. Serious books are meant for a calm and thoughtful mind. They mold our thinking and give us a proper direction. They are the best guides and philosophers. I am very impressed with Bhagavad Gita myself, which is India's biggest book so far. It has no rival. It teaches us the secrets of ideal life and duty.
Bhagavad Gita tells us that we should perform our duties at all times and whatever we have at this time, we must forget everything. When we do our duty, then we should not seek any kind of reward. When our duty is done properly, then it is its own reward. We should not do anything for our profit and we should not be afraid of loss. Whatever we do, it should be done with a high degree of duty.
To properly perform their duties, Bhagavad Gita tells us, we should rise above the pain of opposition. Neither heat nor harassment should disturb us. We should not care about profit and loss, happiness and pain. We should keep our mind stable like a flame in a storm lamp which is not disturbed by the outside air.
In the Battle of Mahabharata, Bhagavad Geeta gives Arjuna's message to Lord Krishna, Arjuna was not ready to fight because he would not like to kill his family and kin. But Lord Krishna told him that at this time his duty was because he was responsible for the very evil in the world. Apart from this, those whom they had to kill, were already killed by God. He was only meant to lift his sword and they fell. He was not the killer. The true killer was god. The time for the death of the Kurus was over. He was the agent of God's will only.
Bhagavad Gita does not ask us to abandon the world for the search of God but directs to be more active in worldly affairs but does not involve himself in the love of this world. Life here is temporary and the biggest mistake is to be connected to the world. We have to live this life temporarily and prepare for this big life beyond this world. The love of people is the real love of God which teaches Bhagavad Gita.
