Jantar Mantar is a historic monument of Jaipur. Rajasthan has many historical heritage. Jantar Mantar was constructed by Rajput King Sawai Jai Singh and its construction was completed in 1738 CE. Jantar Mantar is the world's largest stone wall block and also included in the UNESCO World Heritage site.

This monument is situated near the City Palace and the Hawa Mahal of Jaipur City. The bronze instrument is worth seeing in the monument as well as the works of Hindu Sanskrit words are also done inside it. You can observe those words with open eyes.

This historic monument represents ancient architectural arts and gives information about the new-founders of the time and also reflects the ideology of the 18th Century people.

With great emphasis, the people have also observed its beauty. This historic monument suffered considerable damage in the 19th century. Later, Major Arthur Garrett later repaired it. He did all this while being the Assistant State Engineer of Jaipur district.
