Have you come in a situation where you hesitate to do something? Have you ever felt weird to talk to someone? This means that you are a shy person who feels insecure in difficult conditions and talks less with people. Less talk is not an issue, but running from situations is not acceptable. This shows that you lack self-confidence and it is counted among the weaker sections of society.

Initially you can avoid situations, but you can not take it for a long time. If you do not go out in the open and stand for yourself then people will press you at every point. This is a kind of bad habit, and it can be overcome by some practices that should be done regularly.

How to overcome shame and be confident:

There are some suggestions on how to overcome fear and how to have more faith in shyness.

1. Change your environment:

The first thing you should consider doing is to change the environment or workplace where you work. It is seen that you are bored at one place and going out helps you get some fresh air so that you can concentrate on yourself. Your environment defines your mood.

A good neighborhood will always have a positive effect on your body and mind. You can get better thinking and do the same thing better. It is seen, a good and positive workplace has made the employees more productive and their work is also fruitful.

Staying away will not help you to improve your shame, you need to get out of the environment that is embarrassing or where you can not open with others. Always find the crowd who are making you happy and where you can easily adapt yourself. Find a good company. Change your position in your workplace.

2. Identify Your Weakness:

Sometimes it happens that you do not know the reason for which you are fleeing from someone special, you avoid meeting others and are not even comfortable to participate in social work. Have you ever wondered why? The reason is that you have not tried to identify your weaknesses that make you humble in front of others.

You know the reason of being shy or makes you insecure. Identify the negative symptoms within you. Ask yourself these questions

talk to people. Sharing your thoughts can help you gain confidence in yourself. You can talk to any person in your neighborhood, at work, school or college. Talk about any topic that is trending or anything else interesting to the other person. But make sure you choose the right person. If you talk then the other person will not feel bad and they will not judge you. Just go and talk. If you are shy to talk face-to-face, start texting. Nowadays you have a lot of app and social networking sites where you talk and talk.

4. Manage your concern:

Here the management of anxiety disorder regulates your concern for speech. Human's greatest fear is speaking publicly. It is very common that a person can feel shy or hesitant when speaking to the crowd. It is useful in deep breathing before discomfort that incites social conditions. Regardless of this, practice this strategy regularly. With these lines it comes in the form of second nature, and you do not focus heavily on deep breathing and remember the whole discussion.

5. Try and face your fears:

Every one has some fear or something. You can not say that you are fearless. There is a depth in some place somewhere that bothers you and you can get rid of it, if you face it bravely. You must be strong enough to face those fears. Some fears are just inevitable and such fears will be dealt with carefully.

At first, it will be difficult to take any step, but gradually you will learn how to handle it. Be patient with yourself. Do not try and do all at once. Take your time and read your fears and face them. Try and overcome every fear and anxiety. Fear in every thing will reduce you.

This is genuine to avoid social gatherings due to serious social anxiety for any person. This can help in the short term, but in the long run, if you keep away from such social celebrations then this will be a major problem.

Fear of something is just in our mind and nobody knows what will happen in reality. They can not be as bad as our mind thinks. Thus the only way to overcome their fear is to face them. Dare to face them, and face them again and again so that they do not stay ahead of your fear.

6. Stop thinking:

A basic problem with every human being is to start predicting what will happen and the construction of the castle in the air will start. Think as much as you can handle. Thinking more increases stress anxiety and eventually becomes mental stress. Whenever we meet someone, we start thinking about what that person is thinking about us. Whether he is judging you or not.

Instead of focusing on what others think of you, you should do what you think is right. Try what you think and reject. People who are shy and have social anxiety disorders have negative thoughts in their heads. Therefore, it is necessary for them to stay away from their negative thoughts and become aware when you come in the form of suffering and challenge their philosophy.

Surely there is a positive thinking but apart from this you also have a realistic viewpoint. Discover different ways of looking at things and do not see everything in a negative way.

7. Involve yourself in social activities:

Are you afraid of meeting people who go to your place or are afraid to go to social places? Go and get yourself involved in some kind of social activities. Join any club in your neighborhood. You can also work with some NGOs. Your mind will be distracted by doing this. Social involvement can make you aware of many things that can help you gain confidence. Start conversations with your colleagues. Social activity may also include some sports activities.

Sports activities challenge you and create you to face the challenges. It is a game but it brings many kinds of obstacles like life. Once you are involved in all these activities you will be able to gain confidence. And then you can overcome your shame and social anxiety.

8. Make new friends:

A friend is one who makes you happy and also keeps you from being sad, a good friend is with whom you can share everything in life. A good friend is also who will encourage you to take steps in life and move forward. It helps in choosing between what is right and what is wrong. But a good friend does not come handy. You need to make friends and then find the right one. Make new friends to do this. You need to create a friend circle. When you do not have a good friend circle, those who are loving and cheerful, then it means that you shy away from making new friends or you do not believe in others easily.

Do not underestimate others in front of others. It's not just luck that someone will come in front of you and will say they are your friends. this will not happen. You have to find the right kind of person. If you are not comfortable with those people who are very socially active, you can choose to be just like yourself. You can feel comfortable with the person. Find someone who is already looking for friends. Wherever you go out for someone who is more bubbly and interesting, and you share some kind of similarity. You must have a good friend circle. Which will bring a lot of changes inside you.

9. Identify Your Talent:

The way we look at ourselves is very different from others. Our perception is complicated. It is very unreal that we often do not see what we are or we are capable of doing. It's really hard to recognize your talent by yourself. Detecting your talent takes a little longer but it is not impossible. Talents are not created in one day. In this way, you need to look back in your past that you were interested in your childhood. All the hobbies that were good, what all the activities had given you during your school. Think about the things that you thought were challenging.

10. Keep Your Attitude:

When we hear or see the word 'positive or positive', most of us think about happiness. Having a positive attitude towards every aspect of life will make every situation easier. There are different steps to be happy in life. Research is proposed that we have the ability to choose positive emotions and ways to think. True, our emotions actually change our body at the phone level.
