I am very happy to announce that we have the only office with 100% employees who have voted. I am glad that the small meeting that I had convened two days before the election was positive on the people. I thank the staff of the cleaning department for using their rights. I think it is very important for people living in a democratic country like India to cast their vote and choose the right candidate for their nation.
The election holds great importance in every democratic country. As most people know that democracy is described as 'people's government', 'for people' and 'people'. Although direct democracy was possible with the direct participation of people, in the ancient city like Greece; It is not possible in modern times, especially in a country like India because it is a densely populated country.
In our democratic nation, the general elections are held once in 5 years. While this gives us all the power to choose our representative; We also choose the correct party on our shoulders, because many cinemas, traitors and criminals also make their nomination and sadly most of them also win. At regular intervals the representatives of government and government are elected by the adults or prominent people of the nation. In democracies, the government is ideally chosen by the people; people choose them; For the people and for the people, the government is chosen to serve the common people of the country. That is why elections are given great importance in every democratic country like India.
As you all know that governments in India are elected for 5 years, it is very important for people to choose their representatives wisely. Although people may have many demands from the government; They basically hope that the government will protect their interests and help them in achieving development, unity, prosperity and integrity, along with ensuring the independence and rights of ordinary people.
Friends, I believe that elections in a democratic country like India are very important because it gives people the opportunity to choose their representatives; However, many thugs and importer take advantage of people's ignorance and poverty. It mainly occurs in rural areas where the illiteracy rate is very high and people struggle to meet their basic needs.
While it has been observed that many people consistently hold public meetings in the villages to explain the importance of elections; Many poor and illiterate people have not yet understood the importance of elections in democratic countries. I think NGOs should come forward to educate people and prepare them to earn livelihood and meet their basic needs. These NGOs should also educate people about the meaning of democracy and the importance of elections so that each and every eligible person comes forward to cast his vote and choose the right candidate for his country.
While I am happy that my whole staff has voted in this election; I will urge you to speed up the people familiar with the importance of elections and voting and educate the ignorant people.

First of all, thank you for collecting me here on such a small notice. In fact, I have very important information to share with you all. I am very happy to share that our NGO has been selected by the state government to visit some rural areas in our state so that people can be educated about the importance of democracy and elections. While I feel proud that we have been trusted by the government; I also understand that this is a huge responsibility, because we look at the maximum number of rural people to vote and encourage voting in the elections coming from the government.
This meeting is a short training session for new learners to understand the importance of elections in democratic countries like India. Democracy is a system of government, in which the general public uses its power by voting. Larry Diamond, the American political intellectual, points out that there are four main components of democracy: a political system to choose or change the government through fair and independent elections; Dynamic participation of citizens in civil life and politics; Protecting human rights of every citizen and a law system which is equally applicable to every citizen.
Dear colleagues, before you explain this to the rural people; It is important that you first be confident and feel proud of the fact that you are a citizen of the world's largest democratic country in terms of population and unity together with integrity. Elections are very important in democratic countries but I am very disappointed that the poor people living in villages are still indifferent to the election process in India.
In one of the surveys conducted by our NGO, we learned that people in rural areas do not want to vote because they feel that the elections are not going to make any changes in their lives. Some people did not even understand the meaning of Democracy. In the proposed campaigns, your duty and responsibility will be to convince people how democracy empowers them to choose their representative through elections.
They should understand that the representative, once elected, will be responsible for working for the benefit of the poor and the disadvantaged people. Representatives are in power for 5 years, but they get this power from the common people. Many rural people are now frustrated; Therefore it is important to give information about the implications of voting rights and to encourage them to actively participate in the coming elections.
