Good morning one and all!
I warmly welcome everyone for yoga and meditation for another session. But before our yoga guru starts with his session, I want to give a brief speech on your host life - Kamlakant Sharma - for today. Since yoga is very much connected to life and helps improve its quality, it is also important to talk about its various aspects and how to make it better by adopting some healthy remedies.
However, if I talk about life, then I would say that it is difficult to define it in some words. But I would like to share an important axiom, "Life is a journey and not a destination". This journey is full of adventures and does not remain the same all the time. It is a compelling mix of good times and bad times, achievements and disappointments, happiness and sorrow, luxury and conflict, opportunities and disappointments and much more. The path of this journey is rugged and rugged to give you a hard time and to take you by storm. But people respond differently to such a situation as some give up, some get stabbed and fall badly but eventually get up again to win. In this way, life is really about those people who are really fighter and want to make their way in any way. With this attitude and constant effort, such people become immortal and their bravery stories become the source of inspiration for others.
On the other hand, life will become very monotonous and dull if you experience the same feeling and there is no challenge to face it. Timing conditions and challenges help only one person to become a better and more sophisticated person, because if there is no difficult situation in life then we will not be able to realize our potential and inner strength. So take life as a game, make mistakes and then learn from your mistakes. Perfection lies in incomplete and we all make mistakes by achieving our goal. You should struggle to achieve what you want to achieve - whether it is a good job, a big mansion or a huge bank balance - however, it should not be done at the cost of others and by snatching the property of others, which That's their rights.
Remember that there will be pain of loss, failure and loneliness, but finally peace will be assured because it is often said, "rain is rain after rain" Each time failure does not mean that you are a loser ad that can not really achieve anything, even if it is time that you are not friendly. So grab every opportunity that comes in your way and do not leave any place for repentance and sweat to sweat. Life is like a kaleidoscope with multicolored options. I heartily welcome you all at today's speech and the subject chosen by our committee is 'life'. It is likely that many of us would have asked this question every time. The question is eternal and something that we all are trying to understand in this big and bizarre world. And, the question is, 'what is the real meaning of life?'
No matter what background we are from, we are in a position and how much we add to our pay scale, etc. I have a meaningful meaning for life, which is called the word service. In the following lines, the Dalai Lama told his followers the true meaning or purpose of life: "We are visitors on this planet. We are here for the ninety or one hundred years. During that period, we should try to do something good, something useful with our life. If you contribute to the happiness of other people, then you will get the real goal, the true meaning of life. "
This is a philosophy which inspires to seek great satisfaction after helping the poor and needy. For a life, only for selfish reasons, there is no life in the true meaning of the word. Real happiness comes in the service of God and humanity, the rest is confusion. However, saying that I still want to say that it is important to do your work and discharge your roles and responsibilities well. It is good to earn a huge package, have a great social standing and materialistic desires too because it is such things that inspire a person to work hard and achieve goals.
Just know how to make a balance between the actions of your personal desires and charity. Of course, you do not expect the needy to leave your destiny, but at least it is expected that we develop sympathy and compassion for others. This world should not take the form of a war and life as a fight in itself, but rather we should be in harmony and spread the message of love and peace everywhere, then this planet is a safe place to stay inside Will become. Today, I am here to address the topic 'Life'. Life is like a roller coaster ride and is never the same. It has its share of fluctuations, but everyone tries to be happy and wants to live an ideal life. Some people want a lucrative job, some for some flourishing business, for some healthy life, and the list just moves forward. We want to build our family in the best possible way and make friends who can stand by us in thick and thin.
We want that we have all material possessions and life will solve all our problems. So everyone wishes for a great life which is at different levels. For example, one person can define life in a manner with which no other person can be related and for that, it can only have 3 course meals a day and a roof can be on its head. For any other person, this could be a big house or there might be a big bank balance in their banks.
But in the present time, priorities are changing and therefore there are people's needs. With high-paid jobs and increasing materialistic desires, the level of stress is also increasing. Therefore, with increasing levels of stress, people are facing severe medical conditions and are unable to face themselves with the challenges which life throws at them. As a result, cases of suicide rate and early deaths are increasing. So there is a desire for a stress free life. This is the basic human desire.
If a person has to struggle constantly and has to show resistance, then the result falls on his souls and such people are separated from life. They are flowing in the form of energy and they feel like they are running a continuous marathon. Life becomes very difficult to handle then. But it is our perception that shapes reality and our life too. Life certainly throws challenges and obstacles, but those who have will power will be victorious and it does not matter at any time how difficult situations can be.
Life is certainly not a cake walk and it is actually quite normal to discourage and break down. But it is important to get up against all the obstacles and to continue performing their best because it is certain that giving is not a solution and that continuous efforts definitely bring you closer to your dreams somewhere else.
The only spell for a successful life is to have faith in yourself and never have to bow down to test situations. Only that person will cut the fruits of labor, who will put all his money in pursuit of his dreams. So accept your situation happily and find your way in anarchy. If life is difficult, then prove that you are and then success will definitely touch your feet.

On the second thought, the fear of death always runs on our life.
