We are living in an electronic era. The whole world is taking a new turn with every fraction of time. It has given birth to globalization. The world has been contracted and abbreviated on a tip.

There are many new ways of communication that have made our life so easy and easy. Mobile phones can be seen as the most commonly used day-to-day event in this rapidly growing time. Mobile phone is a revolutionary step in the field of tele-communication.

We had such days when the telephone used to serve the purpose of communication through voice only. Mobile phone has completely changed the concept of telephoning. Now a phone is not just a phone but it is a lot in itself.

A mobile phone works on a unique network system for which there is no need for wires, there is no fixation and there is no problem. It was originally used in cars, airlines and passenger trains but it is rapidly becoming ubiquitous. It's basically a low-power radio telephone. This magical system is known through radio transmitters which are located within the small geographic unit known as cells.

Since the signals of each cell are very weak to interfere with other cells running at the same frequencies and more channels can be used with high power radio frequency transmission. The narrow band frequency modulation (FM) is the most common method of transmission, each message is assigned to a carrier, which is transmitted from the cell.

The cellular phone was first tested in 1978. In the UK alone the cellular market has risen sharply to 8.5 million users. In Japan it is high in the form of a mobile phone per ten people. However, when the number of cellular users increased, then many new customers are fewer users. In the United Kingdom, cable operators are giving up to five lakh additional customers per month. At present, China is at the top of the list of mobile users. India is not behind. It is rapidly approaching to equalize or even supersize China's position.

When we consider the benefits of cellular phones compared to the old harsh telephone, we can say that the biggest benefit of cellular phones is that it can be used anywhere anytime. It can send a message, store a date.

It can be used as a computer and the entire world. For immediate information, the nature of a cellular phone is a benefit in life controlled by that information, which keeps changing by a minute unit of advanced information oriented society. Information exchange has been done in the view made by the telephone anywhere. By this, the speed of complete information has accelerated. There is no doubt in it, it has changed the whole scenario of the world.

Today's world has become the requirement of cellular phones or mobile phones. But the new generation is misusing it by distorting its use. Some innocent people are being exploited. MMS, video clipping, picture messaging is being misused in some ways. This type of cellular era must have a strict legal process against such distortion.

No one can refuse the change in life with the change of time, but when this change becomes more revealing then it is called pollution. To make a healthy world we have to balance these two events.
