#1 Viparita Karani: The Legs Up on the Wall Pose

How to do it:
- Sit in front of a wall and gently raise your legs up the wall.
- With the support of the wall, slowly lie down and stretch out your arms to either side.
- Your palms must be facing up.

#2 Bhujangasana: The Cobra Pose

#3 Janu Sirsasana: The Head-to-Knee Pose

How to do it:
- Sit in such a way that the left folded leg touches the right thigh.
- Slowly bend forward, trying to bring your head to your right knee.

- Release and repeat on the other side.
#4 Trikonasana: The Triangle Pose

How to do it:
- Stand with your feet apart.
- Raise your arms and hold them parallel to the floor, palms face down.
- Keep your left foot straight ahead and turn the other one so it is perpendicular to the other.
- Extend your upper body and bend towards the right.
- Touch your right foot with your right hand, and stretch your left arm in the air.
- Look up at your left hand.
- Stay there for 10 seconds and release.
- Repeat on the other side.
#5 Pawanmuktasana: The Wind Relieving Pose

How to do it:
- Lie on the floor with your back flat on the ground.
- Slowly fold your knees and bring them close to the body, hugging them.
- Lift your head from the ground and bring your face between your knees.
- Stay in this pose for 8-10 seconds breathing deeply all the time.
- Release.
