Dear Aspirant Officers, the idea of this chapter is not to provide you with some kind of question bank on various topics. The aim of this chapter is to illustrate that how an exhaustive data base of questions should be prepared for the topics that we are preparing . The questions should cover the full domain and should be of all the types like factual, analytical, conceptual, historical, critical, hypothetical, imaginative etc.

Also, all the possible dimensions of a particular topic should be covered. When a topic is prepared from different dimensions it leads to the conceptual clarity.

  • They are evergreen in the sense that they are being asked since a long time and are going to be among the favourites of the Board for the foreseeable future.
  • They don't require you to be an expert of that field to answer these questions. A person having good general awareness should be able to answer these questions.
  • Generally it is expected from you to answer these questions; failing which can send a wrong signal.
